PostSubject: Just wondering if sharing a now viewpoint is a good idea...   Just wondering if sharing a now viewpoint is a good idea... Icon_minitimeFri Aug 22, 2008 11:12 am

Would it be a good idea for me to share what I think I may be comfortable with?

Just at the moment I am trying to be aware of the food I am eating.
I am trying to be aware that now I am living alone I need to make sure that I do eat properly and in a sensible way. I am asking and trying to listen when I am buying so that I may be open to trying new foods and to what I may need...

This may not be a right viewpoint but...
I see the flowers as being a bit like a luxury
but at the moment I am aware that they may be a necessary luxury...

I feel more comfortable with beginning with spraying an essence in the room or near me, but less comfortable ( at the moment ) with sipping. That is just a me thing for now... but I know that this is a relationship which will work with me....

Last year I remember looking around a chemist to see if they sold any perfumes that were simply flowers. I couldn't find anything but it was a thought I had. I didn't get anything because there wasn't anything and I don't wear perfume or make up.

Just sharing a starting point!!! paquerette

So do I go out and buy one of those plant plastic water sprays and fill it with spring water and then buy a Flower essence and then put some of the drops from that into the sprayer and then use it to spray the room where I am going to sit?

Or put some drops of the Flower essence in the bath?

This is a very sensitiv approach.
It make a lot of sens on an healthy point of view and if you start using the Bach essnce you may do this even more.
As when you will realise the effects of nothing (Bach essence are water with brandy) on your body, you will be more and more carefull with what you will allow to get inside.

I am not totally sure about understanding in what way Bach flower can be a luxury?
is it about the price ?
Is it about taking care of you being a luxury?
Is it because flowers are considered as lovelly and only that and thinking of them for more is nothing more than futile cf no need not vital...and so a luxury anyone can not afford? or something else???

Maybe this link can interest you?
As I said previously I'm not fanatic about ready made mix of Bach flower but maybe is it something you can enjoy or at least have a look at.
Bach essences perfumes

While checking the composition I find nothing amazing in this choice of essences mixed together, but the man who does this mix is good in Bach flowers. He does really Love them.
I had a rescue from him which smell really nice and I really love it and all those I try the spray on said something nice about the fragance they enjoy.

Yes of course you can.
Spray in direction of the roof so the moist will fall to the bottom and while doing will vibrate / touching plenty of air molecules.

Choose wiselly the essences you will spray.
As some essences are better to spray than others.

I mean some flower take more time to have an action as they work on very ancients comportments. The action of the flowers sprayed on a room is efficient but too short for these specifics feelings.
But you can spray these flowers if they are the ones you re drinking in the same time.

When I spray in a room I do not mix more than 3 flowers as anyone comming in the room will be in interaction with the flowers...and the need of anyone are not yours.

My favorite essence for spray in room is Star..the one picture on Te Mana everywhere.

After if you want to choose more flowers, you need to decide what you want as effect.

Yes..7 drops for a bath are fine.
No more than 7 flowers.

Flowers in a bath are relaxing if you choose relaxing flowers..stimulating if you choose dynamising flowers.
Don't expect all the flowers to relax you simply because they are in a bath.

All those....

If I had to choose between caring for my body and feeling Love inside, I would choose Love.

I can feel Love inside,
and that is the most important thing,
but maybe it is okay to look after myself a little this way too...
but this

Is it about taking care of you being a luxury?
is what this may be about.
Perhaps that is why I can feel Love....

I also feel that a starting point would be to try just one essence first....... not a mix.

After all, the butterfly goes to only one flower at a time...

Just sharing....
I use soap, toothpaste, aloe vera herbal shampoo, deodorant and that is it....
I have no creams, nothing on my skin ever, no sun cream and no perfume.

When it is hot I like to spray myself with water to cool down.

So, that is what I mean when I say it might be a bit like a luxury to spray flowers in the air...

Oh Catherine That is such a bad bad bad thinking.

You HAVE to Love and care for yourself.
You have to pamper yourself.
This is of the utter importance..Please trust me on this one if you can.
I hope you will feel in it while reading me in the very core of yourself RainbowLov

God have give you one body and only one.sun
Do you know the never ending wonders of the body?
No human as clever as it can be..not even a team or a million a the most clever of all doing brain sharing for one century would not being able to redo a human body and the millions of tiny miracles a body do for us without us even noticing.
Your body is amazing..Your body is wonderfull.
It was a gift given to you from God. PinkAngel RedHs PinkAngel

If you do not care of a gift from God can't you see how offending this can be?
He doesn't care be sure.
But if you think your body not just as an accident.."Oups here is my body...." but as a magic wonderfull toy.."Oh my God, my body..."
What a difference RainbowLov

If you, do not care of a gift from God, who will?

if you trully Love and believe in God you have to consider you body as sacred..and Love and care for it and it's wonders. LovPop

Caring for yourself is not a luxuary..is a duty or a matter of respect..of you..and of God.
respect of the life, respect of the Love, respect of what you can see and what you ignore..
Because even if your body is you..you do not know it...you do not imagine the Love behind it who has allow it to emerge from nothing.

Being carreful of what you are currently eating is part of respecting your body.
I am sure you can have plenty of Love for yourself..simply you didn't notice before...
As you didn't notice the flowers.
Please look at you with the same Love there is in your eyes when you look at flowers.
You deserve the same amount of consideration....if not more.

Can you see the wild flowers..
Nodody notice them....I mean nobody notice how fabulous can they be...or barely nobody.
Now you see them as being Love..emiting Love and Love creation.
But what is a flower? I mean physical..it's such a basic organism.
In a botanical sense? The sexual part of a plant.
Yes nothing more than a tool dedicated to reproductiion.

You are way much more than a pretty sexual organ.
So why do you walk? Why do you have a brain? Why do you speak? Why do you have a heart? Why do you have eyes ? why do you have hands ?
Why Why why the millions of miracles you are or you can do????
If your purpose who nothing more, nothing less than vibrating Love...you would have been a flower, and nothing more or less than a flower.

No need of the hight tech blood processus..No need of the elaborated brain and the neuroanl connextion..No need of the millions of nerves all connected through your body..to emit Love.

You are not a flower..You are more comple than that so?
Nevermind if you do not know why...Alll these are facts you could not deny..
And as there is a purpose in anything you could not ignore these facts and think of yourself as of little importance.

So ???You have to Love, cherish, care and respect for yourself..
This is no luxury. It is good sense...And that only.

Thanks for your wonderful words.... I have much deep things to think about and thank you for the wonderful way you express yourself.

It is because of these....

...... the hight tech blood processus....... the elaborated brain and the neuroanl connextion...... the millions of nerves all connected through your body.....
that I can feel Love the way I do.

I do know, it is just believing it...

Thank you for your words,.... they are allowng me much thinking...
Quote :
No need of the hight tech blood processus..No need of the elaborated brain and the neuroanl connextion..No need of the millions of nerves all connected through your body..to emit Love.

When I came into all this it wasn't to emit Love.
The thing that I wanted to know is this...
do I have a spirit guide?
The discovery wasn't of one alone but that there are many, always.
It was after that
that I discovered there is Love here.

The necessity for me taking responsibility for my own healing
led to the steps of the discovery self healing.
All I had to do was place my hands on myself and ask for Love.
I looked at my hands and didn't know what would happen.
I thought, well, they are my hands and I can stop at any moment.

This is how it felt...
like I could breathe.
Properly for the very first time.
Deeply for the very first time.
I breathed
and could feel Love..... that felt like a total miracle....

So this where I am now
is something for me
is taking care of myself
in a way that touches me deeply
both within and the way that I can now share within life whilst I live...
The miracle is the joy, just even in being able to breathe....

Quote :
If your purpose who nothing more, nothing less than vibrating Love...you would have been a flower, and nothing more or less than a flower.
If I do nothing more from now on than be able to simply breathe
in love
that is enough always..

It isn't about vibrating love
it is about me
it is about caring for myself so much that I can breathe
in love...
it is what stirs my soul deeply inside
but not just my soul
but the very total physical essence of me
which is sustained and supported by Love always...

Thank you for allowing me to see the miracle of me!

It is love that I can breathe in and feel
because that is how it is...
It is love that is within me
and all this allows me to be me
and walk and talk and enjoy and just simply love what I do!

I came into this to be me,
to be Catherine.
I know now today that I am.
Thank you to you!

I am so so so so thankful that I can now say to the flowers and the mountains and to those I meet and the dancing sunlight on the lake and everything that I just meet and love..
Oh I Love you!

I know nothing more than this response of me to this living...
and I don't even need to say it for I know I can smile and think it...
I Love you!
That's Love waves isn't it? RainbowLov

Blandine, thank you for your words, for allowing me to see this response of me...
for your words allowed me to see me as I am....
even just to remember the wonderful joy of breathing...
thank you for the miracle of you! smack
You are so so special!
